Best and worst Hibs goalkeepers

The Proclaimers once sang “I can understand why Stranraer lie so lowly. They could save a lot of points by signing Hibs goalie”

Unfortunately this line hasn’t always been the case, and we’ve had some shockers over the years too. Tony Mowbray in particular seemed to have a blind spot for keepers. Especially in derbies it seemed.

Conrad Logan and Daniel Andersson both Hampden heroes for us in recent years, whereas Zibi Malkowski was obviously a Hampden zero.

So who’s been the top 5 best and the worst?

I agree.
Did Ronnie Simpson hold the record for penalties saved in one season? 9 possibly? Just before Jock Stein took him to Celtic.

Don't really remember Goram at Hibs so Leighton is the best I recall seeing. He was worth a lot of points to us and it's no coincidence we went down the season after he left.

Worst was Graeme Smith. He had been decent enough at Motherwell but had a torrid time at Brighton and his confidence was shot. I'm still not convinced his performance in the 6-6 game wasn't dodgy.
