I see they have reduced the size of their pitch to give them an advantage at home.

Clarke must wonder what he's got to do.

Is rugby park not normally a big pitch? I seem to remember its very wide. A lot more space between to box and the sidelines than other pitches.

I was always under the impression you had to keep the pitch the same size for the whole season, and were not allowed to change it for different teams?
Although going by that picture, i must be wrong.

They reduced it ages ago. Don't know if they've done it further for this?

"No Club shall alter its pitch dimensions for any League Match or Play-Off Match during a Season unless with the prior written consent of the Board."
Maybe they can simply move the pitch within a specific frame, without actually reducing its size ...??

Remember Alloa did it a couple of seasons back when rangers and us were in the league. I am sure they had to ask permission then change it for the full round of Home games.

Does anyone know the reason as to why they built a stadium with an 18k capacity?
You could fit all of their fans in one stand.
There can't be many stadiums with less leg room, if the person behind is over 5ft 7 their knees act as ear warmers for the person in front.

So they can get as many rangers and Celtic fans in as possible?

The pitch was reduced in size when we played them at Rugby Park.

Just shows how difficult it is to play against a team who sit in and rely on counter attacks

Funny how the microphone is not turned down on Killie fans like it is on Sevco.

Lillie close the gap on Hearts. Good win. Glad Hearts aren’t the only team to beat Celtic this season.
