What is your hope/ dream/ambition for this season..?
I’ll take top 4 and remain unbeaten against hearts.. to me that is the big goal.. won’t be easy.

I'll be pretty disappointed if we finish any lower than 4th to be honest, considering where we are at the moment.

IF we win our next two games then I’ll be hoping for an Aberdeen and Rangers win when they play Celtic....

I put a wee bet on Hibs to win the League so that's my ambition.
But surely 2nd is within reach? The Rangers did over the Dons to bag 6 points but they aren't that great.

Anything lower than fourth would be disappointing IMO.

Second would be fantastic and is achievable. Third or fourth would be a good first season back, with a wee cup run as a bonus.

Much will depend on what happens in the transfer window. If we can get another couple of players in and also get Swanson back then there is no reason we can't finish second. However , I think top 4 would be a great season and getting into Europe would surpass most supporter's expectations.

Top 4 is all about us !!
And if we could only do a bit better at home we can still leap frog Aberdeen and The Rangers 2012.

After three years in the doldrums, I honestly was ready for a year of consolidation, with no rubbing shoulders with relegation. Job done, and I’m willing to admit to underestimating our potential. I’ll now be disappointed with anything lower than 4th.

I agree with a lot of the above posts which makes today’s point even more of a bonus.. Celtic will surely beat Hearts/ Motherwell.. European football would be amazing especially after bronby.. lots to look forward to this season.. looking forward to another Full house at ER on Wednesday.. GGTTH

2nd spot is achievable, within our reach and realistic.
A wee Scottish cup final win would be a nice bonus - more so if we dump the Jambos on the way, again!

2nd is up for grabs, but Aberdeen seem capable of grinding out results as they did at Easter Road, even if they do **** it against the ugly sisters. Anywhere in the top 4 will be a very good season. If we can get past Hertz in the cup, and it will be a difficult game, we are a match for anybody bar Celtic and are well capable of making the final with a decent draw.
What I would say is our record in the few times we have made the top 6 is utterly dismal .... its something we will have to overcome if we hope to make a dent at the business end of the season.
If we finish in the top 4 and make another semi final that will be a more than decent season.

Anywhere in the top 4 would be great and also extending our current unbeaten run against the ****bos to include some new history-making scorelines - high-time NL's team achieved it's own 0-7 !!

January is huge for us. If we can get through Jan with out losing anyone and getting one or two in to enhance the team then if like to see us have a go at 2nd but I'd be delighted with 4th

Top four. Aberdeen have more squad depth and it will take more time for us to build this.
Do you think your security can keep you in purity, you will not shake us off above or below. Scottish friction, Scottish fiction

If you offered everyone at the start of the season top 6, finishing above hearts and remaining unbeaten against them I'd have bitten your hand off. But now I think I'd be disappointed if we finished below 4th
