Ticket Office - Swap Ticket

Afternoon all,

Hoping for some advice if possible.

Tried calling the ticket office last couple of hours but havent been able to get through.

I booked a ticket over the phone on friday last week and got it emailed through to me. Ive just checked and they have booked me to the wrong match - Dundee this weekend when i wanted St Johnstone on 18/11. Not pointing any fingers, but im not sure the chap's first language was English, although he was very nice.

Does anyone know if they will simply be able to swap the ticket to another (correct) match?
