Customizing your profile

I notice some of you guys have a wee picture or a sentence or two under the area where your posts appear.

I have tried clicking on 'Customise my profile' but nothing happens.

Can anyone please tell me how to add a photo or a sentence to my profile?

Think you need to be on full site to do it
Click on Forum Actions, and then general settings
Should be options down the left hand side to add or Edit profile or signatures

Scroll right down to bottom of page and click "default style".

I think you are on the "mobile" or "light" site for phones

Right, I've done what you've suggested and cannot see "default style".

What am I doing wrong?

Firstly make sure you are signed in pal.

.....then scroll down to the bottom of the page as far as you can go, there is a drop down menu bottom left, click on it and make sure you are on full site.

....then back up to forum actions, top of page heade bar, down the left there is an edit profile option....that's where your gold is.

click on Forum actions at the top of the page then click on general settings that will take you to a page, where on the left you can click on edit avar(the avatar is the name of the pictures under peoples names) and then choose a picture and then SAVE at the bottom of page

I added this picture under my name just to prove to myself that it does work

I cannot find out how to get a little tag line other than the 'first team breakthrough' - some peopkle have that changed but I think it may be the admin that might do that.

I see that Fergos has done this already - just explained a bit differently above

Thanks again to everyone who tried to help me with this. Unfortunately I am getting nowhere. I suspect that the person who said I had to be a private member is correct so I'm just going to give up.
