Am I the only person who thinks Livingston might win this? Or take it to ET/replay.....

I'm sure the livi fans and players think they can win too.

Of course Livi 'might' win it. I however think we will win it. Only lost 1 in 11 if you count the Ross County game as a draw after 90 mins. Our forwards are scoring goals. 3-1 Hibs.

Certainly appears to be some money backing them. Were 12/1 on Sunday now 9's. Double chance (Livi or draw) was 100/30 now 11/4.

We've had a bit of a wobble against much stronger opposition.
Lennon will know what he needs to do, and the result in this game will see us kick on again in the league.

Players will playing tomorrow who aren't our usual first 11, they'll be trying to prove why they deserve a place in the team

Can Livingston win it? ...... of course they can, every team no matter how much of an outsider they are has a chance in a cup tie if they can score first and then put 11 men behind the ball, or using the same tactics take the game to penalties, its happened thousands of times in football.
I fully expect us to be too strong for them though ....... even if the results haven't been going our way we have been playing ok apart from two second half messes at home, which I fully expect the manager to nip in the bud before it becomes a habit.

Of course Livi can win it, otherwise what's the point of them even truning up.
However, when you check our scores this season against non premier teams, it suggests that we should win the game by a decent margin.

I think this will be a lot tougher than the 3 and 4 goal predictions in this thread. Livi are a team that are winning and have confidence. They are also in a no lose situation all the pressure is on our players. If we get ahead early and score another our tails will be up and livi heads might go down, but if it goes for a long time without us going ahead our fans get nervous and complain. We do not drive our team to victory we hound them for mistakes and some of our players don't handle it too well.
I expect us to win but it is going to hard going.

Sure i remember a cup final against them when we never gave them the respect we should have.
Lets make sure we turn up.
Still 4-0 to us!!

Expect a good reaction, fast start and a convincing win.
More goals the better, I really dislike that plasticky wee financially unscrupulous shower.

If it was the Betfred Cup and our U20s then maybe a cause for concern, but I am confident that we will be visiting hampden again in October, we have more than enough to put them to bed!!!

Lennon's roasted the players in public and rightly so, so I would think there will be a raised tempo from them. Hibs to win for me based on that.

I expect a good performance from Livi but can't see us not winning this one. Something tells me Murray will rediscover his scoring touch. 2-0 Hibs for me.

Was literally just about to say - I think Murray will be back on the score sheet tomorrow and hopefully we'll be back to winning games

i envisage a big square go between NL and Livi helper-outer john Hartson, either that or they will refuse to leave the dressing rooms whilst they reminisce about the old days at parkheid

Not worried at all and I think we'll destroy them. Lennon will be looking from a response from the players and I'm sure they'll provide it. Comfortable 3-0 Murray, Stokes and Boyle with the goals.
