    I would've made my peace had we signed him, but hardly feel we're missing out. Didn't look impressive any time I've seen him in the last two years, though was excellent for Caley in his first spell.

    Time will tell if that was just a purple patch, or indicative of real quality.

    Jesus he's terrible 4 goals for the team that finished bottom and were absolutely honking last season. Just because stokes hasn't signed yet people want us to go from a top quality striker in Scottish terms to scrapping the barrel

    How do you know Stokes ain't happening? We've offered him a deal. Might sign it, might not but far too early to say it ain't happening.

    I haven't seen any links with us towards Moult.

    McKay was decent for ICT under Butcher amazingly, but was very average at Utd, and poor at Inverness.

    I'd have snapped your hand off if we'd signed him after his first spell at ICT. Now, I'd rather have Keatings.

    Had a couple of good seasons at Inverness and hasn't done very well anywhere else since including helping Dundee United and Inverness get relegated over the last two years.

    Not the kind of quality striker we are looking for to replace Cummings and not a younger lad with potential we can develop like Murray.

    Ross county are welcome to him, he might even make it 3 years in a row for being relegated from the Scottish premiership with them.......he's like the opposite of James Keatings

    As many others have pointed out, he is absolutely mince. Been relegated 2 years on the bounce has he not??

    Yeah tbf it doesn't although the fact he's play for the last two teams to be relegated would suggest just how bad he is. A good striker can be the difference to a team and McKay isn't that

    Lots of class strikers have been relegated. Defoe with Sunderland, Cummings with us.
