    SPFL attendances 2016/17

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40270965

    Up 12% overall or 463k.

We must account for at least 100k of that through the gates at ER. 18 games at roughly 5.5k extra per week.

Would imagine Parkhead and Ibrox take up the majority.

Would be good to see the detailed stats as we must have the biggest % increase across the whole of Scotland.

There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Good news .... lets hope it continues next season, with Hibs replacing ICT in the premiership its probably a stick on that premiership crowds will increase, though for the same reason Championship crowds will decrease. It was encouraging to see that Motherwell's ST sales are up 57% on this time last year.

I have to say that the championship could potentially be the most exciting league to watch next season .... half the league will probably fancy their chances of at least making the playoffs .... ICT are hardly any better than the clubs we competed with last season. Dundee Utd will start favourites, but anyone from St Mirren, Falkirk, Dunfermline, Morton and ICT if they can get their house in order will be a danger to them.

Really fancy St Mirren if they can keep hold of Jack and Morgan.
