And as his contract appears to expire in Jan he can sign a pre-contract in the summer and they will get he-haw!!

Great news. They'll hopefully play him at centre half along alongside Souttar next season. If they keep Hamilton in goals behind that pair they'll be in for yet another round of derby pumpings.

He's only 20 so they'd be entitled to a development fee. Whether they can find anyone willing to pay it is another matter. They waived a development fee for Billy King as obviously, no one would pay it.
