Colin Cameron's consolation in the 6-2 game still frustrates the life out me.
What are the most annoying goals you have seen Hibs concede over the years?

Hamilton's second in play off

Ross County or Falkirk at Hampden and Falkirk in the play off. Loads of others but they are recent.

Falkirk's winner in the playoff. If we hadn't won the cup a week later, that would have immortalised the phrase "Hibsed it".

Too many to list over the years but Brondby at home, Ross County's winner in League Cup Final and Dunfermline's last minute penalty in the second semi final replay at Hampden.

Hamilton's second in Play-Off. Absolute nightmire...
Also Falkirk's winner on last years Play-Off semi final.

AEK Athens first goal in extra time, was a sickener after drawing level in the tie.

Anything last season in the lead up to us winning the cup I'm totally fine with as I'm of the opinion if we had of won the league cup or got through in the play-off our attitude/confidence/preparation/mindset may have been different in the final

Wayne Foster in the cup. Should have been wiped out long before he got a shot in.

Killie in the league cup final. Imagine winning a final 5-0.
Seriously, AEK was rank. Any in a final makes your heart sink.

Morton's 4th in the 4-3 league cup game!

I remember Caldwell passing along his own penalty box only for a Hearts striker (Bednar) to stroll in and tap it in the net in a derby game at ER. It was only a couple of minutes into the game.

Kris Boyd when Killie won at ER during the relegation season. All we had to do was not lose or something.
Good thread. ;-)

Wayne Foster goal, a Yam mate tagged me in at FB post earlier today (22 years ago today) - he should have been nailed before he even touched the ball, shocking defending.
Scottish Cup Semi Final Replay against Dunfermline - how we didn't win that game will remain one of life's mysteries.

So many but the first to mind are:
Wayne Foster - should have been halved
Hamilton equaliser - felt inevitable but avoidable. There were so many opportunities to avoid relegation though, Butcher is by far the worst thing to happen to the club in my years as a supporter.
I also remember a late Motherwell equaliser the year we were relegated before McLeish brought us back up. At the time it felt like we might just avoid relegation but that game sealed it for me.

Both Ross Co goals in last year's League Cup Final. Of course we more than made up for it a coupe of months later but we really should have won that game.

Phil bloody Stamp's late winner at Easter Road was a really sore one especially since he was crap. Ross County's last year but we made up for that

This one as a 12 year old who was in the cowshed behind the goals. Think I even cried on the way home. The Leeds Utd goal came from a free kick which was awarded to them due to the four step rule.
Date: Wednesday, 10th January 1968.
Venue: Easter Road, Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Competition: Inter-Cities Fairs Third Round, Second Leg.
Score: Hibernian 1 Leeds United 1
Scorers: Hibernian: Stein. Leeds United: Charlton.
Attendance: 40,503.

Leeds Utd in Fairs Cup. Ref penalised our keeper, Willie Wilson, over the 4 step rule & Jackie Charlton scored from the resulting free kick. Or AD 2-3 b Huns or Juve's equaliser just after PS has put us 2-1 up.
