Missing ticket

Bought tickets for both the Raith & St.Mirren games a couple of weeks ago. It was all done in one transaction so I was charged £45 (2×£22 + £1 standard postage)
Got the Raith ticket through the post a week or so ago but no St.Mirren ticket, I just assumed they would be sent out together. I was only charged the £1 after all.
Is this normal?

I done the same thing, my Raith ticket came about two weeks ago, my St Mirren one came yesterday, yours should still be on its way.
