If you could have 3 completely free signings that could join us who would it be? But, they have to still be playing now and to have played for us before...
For me, I would probably say
Leigh Griffiths
Liam Henderson
Duncan Watmore
I know Duncan Watmore may seem a bit of a strange one but he is a fast winger and scores goals, I went for him over Scott Brown purely because I would feel harsh dropping McGinn, Hendo and Mcgeouch/Bartley out and because Watmore is younger.

What is he up to now, seen him in Edinburgh a few weeks ago, is he still at Norwich.

Griffiths, Watmore, Henderson.
Fletcher may still be worth a shout but he's getting on a bit.

Liam Henderson, Matt Doherty and I'm torn between Leigh Griffiths and Sol Bamba.
They've only gone and done it! They've only gone and won the Scottish Cup! What kept you, Hibs?!

Played 10 games for us, scored 1 goal.
He was honest enough to admit he only did that to market himself to English teams cos that's where the £££'s were.
In his 14 year professional career he's averaged 14½ games per season - currently on circa €600,000k per year...
It's a NO from me.

A thread on .net that's four hours old, concerns signings and specifically ex-player signings and no mention of Riordan yet.
It's a record!

I don't know what it says about fans but it's astonishing that the current ex-player who has made the most of his career barely gets mentioned.
Fletcher has had a string of EPL clubs, good chance of going back up with his current one and played in Ligue 1.
He's scored at international level, round about 1 in 3 and while that's been predominantly against much weaker opposition, that's something Scotland have historically not always been good at. You have to go way back for Scotland players scoring hat-tricks.
And regardless of who was right and wrong, he obviously missed a lot of potential games.
Someone mentioned he was past it, I think he's barely thirty. Technically and attitudinally, the best for me in recent times and all that experience would do us wonders.
I also like Whittaker. And Jorge Claros I think must be about the same age, I would love to see him again. There's only one thing better than a Hibs calendar and that's two Hibs calendars

Griffiths, Stokes and Allan probably. In an attempt to be indie and edgy, my alternative 3 would be Jorge Claros, Richie Towell and Dom Malonga.
