    Alex Arthur

Have seen the boxer Alex Arthur at a few hibs games this season - home and away. I didn't realise that he was a hibs fan? Was a great boxer on his day but didn't strike me as a football fan tbh.

    He's 100% Hibs

He's also been in pitch before for an award (or passing one to someone) IIRC

Watched him on Spike TV last night. Took out a durable South African in short order - despite having a cut above his eye from a clash of heads.

I don't watch boxing so much these days but I was quite impressed with Taylor. He handled this fight well.

Ref stepped in at the right time I think.

Jason Easton, who won very comfortably in 2 rounds on the undercard, is also a Hibby.

Alex is a Hibby who had a Celtic flirtation in his youth. He is also a big Liverpool sympathizer.

Alex supports Hibs, hence why he paraded his world belt at Easter road one half time.

Spark and Eck grew up Celtic fans. Known both for years. Managed Spark and went to Newcastle with Eck couple of times.

Separately there's an article in the Sunday Mason today about ex boxer Craig McEwan & his relationship with legends such as Manny Pacquiao. Couple of nice pix of Craig wearing his Hibs top, can't remember if it was Craig who got Freddy Roach to wear a Hibs strip!

I'm sure hibs are his scottish team but I remember him making a remark on twitter about not being too bothered but does it for the promo side.

His no1 team without doubt is Liverpool.

Small world, from that I assume your boy must go to the same school as my son.

My boy is P7, pretty sure AA has a kid in one of the other P7 classes.

Always seems a decent guy when around parents nights / fundraisers etc.
