Poor show given that we're a 'British' team.
Greatest European comebacks of all time - the stats
Does anything compare to Barca's achievement on Wednesday night?
Their exploits at the Nou Camp surpassed the previous best second-leg comeback in Champions League history, which was achieved by Deportivo against reigning champions AC Milan in 2004.
Trailing 4-1 from the first leg of their quarter-final tie, Deportivo raced into a 3-0 lead in the return leg and, with 14 minutes remaining, clinched a 5-4 aggregate win when Fran volleyed in the Spanish side's fourth goal of the night.

They specifically refer to Champions league. We knocked Naples out of Fairs Cup.

During the BT commentary of the Barca game they mentioned a record held by Dunfermline, but I didn't quite hear what it was. Anyone know? Something about them overturning a first leg thumping I think.

Aye, but their list of 'great comebacks' include UEFA Cup ties and Cup-Winners' Cup ties.
And the Deportivo game was a 4-1 deficit which they turned into a 5-4 aggregate win.
We were 4-1 down and ended up going through 6-4.
It's perfectly simple - everybody hates us.
PS - would it not be entirely accurate to say that last night Barcelona HIBSed it?

I was listening to Chris Evans (BBC Radio 2) the other day and he was asking for any football teams with references to bees (it was due to some news article about scientists teaching bees to play football ).
Anyway they went through some lower league English teams and even some non-league. Not a single mention of the biggest and most obvious!

Still forgot about it. Even Celtic get a mention when they never even completed the turnaround...

Killie v Eintracht
On 22/9/1964 3- 0 down from the first leg, Killie won 5 -1 at Rugby Park. their first at home in Europe.
There was a pitch invasion at the final whistle all 11 Rangers players in the stand were assaulted.
