I'm not being allowed access to watch the highlights on Hibs TV because it wants me to subscribe.
I was under the impression it renewed automatically. Is that not the case?

yip 5.99 recurring payment taken from your card until you cancel is the norm.
could it be a login cookie issue?

I pay annually, but I've had a reply from Hibs TV. On a Sunday. Very impressive.

It should, make sure that the card you use hasn't expired.
