I never seem to agree with sponsors. Today Holt was my MOTM by a mile. Do they pull the name out a hat!

It's good that there were a few contenders. Shinnie played very well but McGinn for me closely followed by Holt and Bartley.
Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll
Grabs the mic to tell us,
He'll die before he's sold.

In some games noone`s played well enough to deserve a prize , in others team has done well and there have been 4 or 5 contenders . Today was between extremes with noone being particularly good or bad . If forced to choose I`d have said Bartley .

Thought he was excellent. Maybe not his finest game in a creative sense but his hunger and desire was a level above everyone else.

I like that Shinnie is getting involved throughout the game. He seems more determined to make an impact and is chasing down players when not in position. I think he wants a contract and is playing for one.

Bartley for me. He won the ball several times in midfield

Thought shinnie was excellent today and his motm award was understandable. A few clueless nutcases around me seemed to think it was incomprehensible.

Shinnie was easily man of the match.
Immense display, never stopped and was always involved.
Not a fans favourite though obviously.

Shinnie had a great game but McGinn was MOTM for me
To be fair in most games, everyone probably has different opinions on who was their MOTM

I thought it was between Shinnie and Holt. Shinnies work rate is tremendous and he is one of the few who run off the ball. I thought today might have been Holts best game for Hibs. From my point of view he played the way many posters say he plays most weeks. Lots of nice flicks that found a man for a change and held the ball up. He also made quite a few great runs, as did Shinnie, without getting the ball.

Holt was my man of the match but Shinnie was a very close second. Never stopped running and was always looking for the ball. He does seem to have a bad habit of running into a bit of trouble whilst controlling the ball though.

Shinnie looks far better on the left and as a team, we look far more dangerous with him there and Boyle on the right

Holt for me.
Bartley and McGinn also played very well.
Shinnie really frustrates me but he had a good game yesterday whilst not being near man of the match in my opinion.
Ambrose had a good second half, but it was a bit of a walk in the park for the centre-halves in the second half. They were tidy in possession without really ever being tested defensively.
I thought Keatings looked lively when he went on.

No complaints at all about Shinnie receiving it. Wouldn't have complained at McGinn or Holt getting it, either.

Shinnie's inch perfect long long pass to Boyle to win the penalty was top class and enough to swing the MoM award his way.
