Has anybody tried to do this ? i need one of my kids STS to be an adult ticket, have purchased my seats but they only let me do as a child online.
Have tried to phone box office and ticketmaster but not got through, any idea if this is doable lads ?

No problem at all, just pay the difference.
As already said "has to be done in person at the ticket office".

I just done it at lunch time at the ticket office. Paid the £13 difference and got a paper ticket.
