Upgrading your kids ST to adult for one Game (wednesday)

Has anybody tried to do this ? i need one of my kids STS to be an adult ticket, have purchased my seats but they only let me do as a child online.

Have tried to phone box office and ticketmaster but not got through, any idea if this is doable lads ?

Using 0131 661 1875 it's possible. It will of course cost you the difference. You'll need to get a paper ticket and collect it though.

No problem at all, just pay the difference.
As already said "has to be done in person at the ticket office".

It doesn't. It can be done by phone.

I just done it at lunch time at the ticket office. Paid the £13 difference and got a paper ticket.

I spent 24 mins on hold on Saturday trying to do this by phone only to be told I had to do in person at ticket office.

It's a moot point now, but you don't/didn't have to. I called 661 1875 on Friday at 2pm - phone rang for a minute then answered. Arranged to upgrade daughter's ST to an adult ticket. Took postal option as didn't fancy standing in a muckle queue on Wednesday night, and it arrived in the post on Saturday morning!
