I noticed watching the game today just how much our players have bulked up these last couple of seasons and it's really starting to show. We were winning individual battles all over the pitch today.
Obviously the professionalism of the fitness team at East mains is starting to pay dividends. We don't have a massive budget for players so we really need to get the maximum from what we have and this is a massive help.
