    Hate to be pedantic but we have the best defensive record in Europe , I would say its stretching it to say we have the best defence!

    I can't remember the last time we had a CB as good as McGregor. He looks like an absolute nightmare to play against.

    We dont even have the best defence in Scotland let alone Europe , lets not be silly. The defence has been outstanding all season and the fact we have the best defensive record in Europe is brilliant.

    We do not however have the best defence in Europe unless you seriously think its better than Chelsea's , Bayern Munich , Real Madrid ect ect ect

    It's all relative. True we would get mullered by Barcelona. But our record is measured against our peers. As is Barcelonas.

    Worth noting that any team's defensive stats (in terms of goals conceded) depend on the full team and not just the defenders. Regardless of how good your individual defenders (and keeper) are, you need the others parts of the team to be doing their job as well.
