I don't know whether Owen's actually improved, or whether McManaman's mastery of the resounding platitude and crashing cliche, coupled with his virtuoso demonstrations of how to state the blindingly obvious in one of the most boring voices on TV just makes him sound better.
McManaman is AWFUL.

I've watched these young players a few times recently, quite impressed with the young guy Kevin Stewart.
