Give your honest opinion about how you see the result tonight (and not through rose, or tartan, tinted glasses ;-) )
p.s. Before anybody asks, I put England first because they're the home team.

Got a horrible feeling it's going to be an embarrassing loss!

Not much confidence in Scotland so far.
Not surprised, I voted England Win as well.

Week of upsets for some, so another upset maybe, just maybe on the cards,
1-0 or 2-1 Scotland me thinks.

Voted England, but you never know, with this being the year of Brexit, Trump and THAT cup victory anything is possible, however unlikely ...

Would love us to pile even more misery on the players from the "best league in the world", but sadly cannot see it happening.

Can see 3 - 0 to England if they play to their strengths.

If you cant keep a clean sheet against Malta and Lithuania it says it all.
A poor England side to win comfortably.

England to win sadly
That said, it has been a week of incredible upsets in general thus far...............

1-0 England in a bit of a borefest, sadly.
Is excitement growing up there for the game?
I think the rivalry has always meant more to Scotland than England but I dont recall a more apathetic build up to an England Scotland match before down here. Its hardly the topic of conversation in the nations boozers and work places. Shame really when you think of the battles of old.

I predict a boring game played by boring players. Finding it hard to get excited about this, but a couple of beers beforehand might spur me into vague indifference...

I've got a feeling we might surprise a few people tonight. I'm not saying I think we'll win necessarily, but I think we'll put a good performance in.

I don't know about 'up there' but there's very little interest about the game here in Germany ;-)
Scotland have been awful for 20-30 years and that has probably taken its toll on the level of interest people have in the national team.
Honestly, when was the last time we had a truly word class player in our lineup? Sad to say, you'd probably have to go all the way back to Dalglish.

England to win unfortunately. We won't get humped mind you, perhaps 2-0 or 3-1.

England will pump us as per usual, restoring the natural order of us being the plucky loser, although this time they could put 11 guys from a random Red Lion pub on the Wembley pitch with blindfolds on and we'd still get pumped. More alarming for me is that after being a proud member of the Scotland Supporters Association for years, I'm past giving a **** about what the National Team get up to these days, and will likely switch between this and Jamie's Super Food on channel 4 to see if the wee twat finally manages to knock up something resembling food I could realistically make.

Loving the pessimism on this thread, very typical of Hibs.net
Although Scotland have given me absolutely no reason to be - I'm optimistic, I think we could nick a 1-0. England aren't in great shape either right now and we're due a win against them.

4-0 engerland. Could be more than that but I hope not.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

Pessimism or simply being realistic?
