Usyk comfortably wins this if he avoids getting KO’d

Very tight. All square going into the last. Can’t help that think Fury’s strength would be to much for both of them

Usyk needs a knockout. There’s no way he’s getting a decision in England, it’s been too close.

    United we stand here....

I don’t think anyone can really call that a close fight

  11. #2350
    Fury would comfortably beat Joshua.

Usyk pished it, Joshua's overrated as far as I'm concerned, he's another big heavyweight lump who can hit but technically an average boxer like Bruno.

Wasn't a close fight in the end. Usyks a genius

Well done judges, no shame in getting beat off a boxing genius, pound for pound no 2 now for me

Usyk was outstanding but a terrible AJ performance imo I’m not even sure he’s shown enough there to think he’d win the rematch

Outstanding fight by Usyk. Well deserved and glad all three judges went the right way.

Usyk is 8 stone heavier now with all those belts

  22. #2361
Absolutely superb heavyweight title fight. Both boxed well in large spells but Usyk was a cut above.

All of the judges scorecards made some kind of sense as well which was welcome.

For all I wanted to see Fury v Joshua I can't help but feel Fury v Usyk has all time classic written all over it. Both of them are so technically gifted but so unorthodox and awkward. I'd happily watch these 2 do it again as well tbh.

His demeanor going to the ring was too relaxed and didn't look focused, Usyk is a top technical boxer and gave Joshua a boxing lesson.

I thought it was a terrible game plan by AJ and his team. They more or less fought exactly how Usyk would have wanted him to fight. Playing right into your opponent’s strengths is never a good idea.

Usyk having all these wins away from home is outrageous and shows how good he is

I wonder where AJ goes from here. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t want to go again against Usyk. His first defeat was unfortunate, but tonight he was outclassed and out thought by a superior fighter. I agree with pretty boy, Fury v Usyk would be an unbelievable fight. Fury has the speed and skill and Usyk is relentless.
As the saying goes somebody’s 0 has got to go.

That was a clinic from Usyk, incredible stamina for a heavyweight with that flurry at the end

There are probably £20m odd reasons why he would take the rematch, then even with no title on offer fights against Fury, Whyte or Wilder would sell easy enough

Surely now all the Joshua lovers actually realise he’s no a very good boxer.

Dancing on Ice next for him. Big donkey

Totally agree I think usyk was hugely under rated by everyone in AJ camp it’s like his style was a surprise, you would think after the Ruiz fight underestimating a fighter would be the last thing you would do, rematch won’t be as easy as Ruiz no way usyk goes on the party bus for a few months before the fight
