BT trying their hardest to push JT v Catterall, he's WBO mandatory without having fought one world level fighter yet which says more about the rankings than anything else but JT smokes him without much effort

Good scrap here. Not sure AJ or Fury will be overly concerned about either though.

Glad Joyce won, I don't mind DDD he seems a nice guy but BT's build up wound me up so wanted him to win

Joyce looked like the technically better boxer and deserved it. Dubois is overrated.

I don’t think any of the elite heavyweights would have trouble against these two, even Usyk would beat these guys and he’s a blown up Cruiserweight.

Dubois was just outclassed, Frampton suggesting that Dubois lacked heart seemed too harsh though given the state of his eye

That interview afterwards was shocking, all about Dubois when Joyce is stood there and Warren trying to score a rematch already, let the guy enjoy his moment

BJ Saunders looked decent last night. I was quite surprised to hear him slaughter his own performance.

Bad week for Warren with his golden boys losing in the space of a week, BTs treatment of the victors in both fights leaves a lot to be desired, Yarde has potential but really needs a change in trainer and someone who doesn't just tell him what he wants to hear all the time, pretty delusional camp

Couldn’t believe it when they said he didn’t spar in the lead up to the fight

Why spar when you can do fancy pad work and yell LIONS IN THE CAMP?

I thought Arthur won by 3 or 4 and that's not even being over generous, Ian John Lewis giving it 117-111 to Yarde was another shocker, just glad it didn't change the outcome

Interested to see how Okolie gets on here, I’ve always liked the look of him, but I get the Impression he’s a bit of a fur coat and no nickers type boxer.

Okolie's punches made the dude look like he'd been tasered

Impressive stuff, I’m still not convinced though. I think it’s something about that weight division that always leaves you thinking there’s more to come.

He has genuine power but needs a fight at world level before thinking about someone like Briedis

I've never seen a reaction to a punch like that, ref should have stopped it there and then imo.

I agree, guy was out on his feet, I don't mind a bit hype but sky were going a tad ott after it, he just knocked out a guy who is probably domestic level at best and now he's going to knock out the best fighter in the division

The problem I have with him is he’s a cruiser weight that wants to be a heavyweight. And that doesn’t always work, he could easily dominate at cruiserweight , but there’s not much money in that. He’s not going to cut it as a heavyweight.

I haven’t watched boxing in years and just watching on a stream but there seems to be a lot of waving gloves around with the occasional punch and very little boxing skill.
