My dad's ticket is still at ticket office, we didn't know it'd be closed this morning.

Anyone with contacts, bright ideas at managing to get it in hand? My brother is going down to club shop in hope the now.

I'd be surprised if they didn't shift any unclaimed tickets from the ticket office to the shop. Fingers crossed for you. It would be a shame for any ticket to sit unused.
