There was a sports bar called Tracys bar and grill in Hanoi, at least there was 3 or 4 years back. Not been to Vietnam myself but a friend was out there and he watched a game in there (just texted him for the name).

Watch out for taxis when crossing the road... and scooters, and motorbikes, and bicycles.
