    Up there with Hibs giving Fraser Forster a trial but not signing him due to technical inability. You could do a thread on players being rejected before making the grade elsewhere. Didn't Rangers turn down the opportunity to sign Vardy and opt to sign Sandanza instead?

    St Mirren sacked him.

    He left East Stirling for St Mirren even though ES were higher in the league at the time.
