    Play Off Prices

Anyone remember how much the tickets for the playoffs were last year? Really hope they do a £15/£10 deal. Paying £28 a pop is going to have a massive impact on the attendances. Sure they would benefit more having 20000 people at a reduced rate there than 11000.

Quarters/Semi will be at least £12. Final will be at least £18 - http://spfl.co.uk/news/article/press...ricing-agreed/

I was thinking i'd have to pick and choose what I go to but if the prices are reduced this much or thereabouts I'll just go to them all.

    I admire your confidence

The prices are likely to be very cheap. My understanding is the clubs playing in the play-offs do not get the financial benefit as it is seen to give an unfair financial advantage with the funds going to the SPFL. If that is the case the cheaper the better.....

This is the pricing rule highlighted in earlier email in case someone cant access the SPFL Website.
Think its something like 50% of the revenue goes to the SPFL - On that basis think the Club should be going with the min pricing for each game.

The new rules mean that minimum ticket or admission prices must be charged by the home club for all Ladbrokes Premiership Play-Off Matches and have been agreed and set as follows:

    Quarter-Finals (Championship 4th v 3rd – two legs) & Semi-Finals (Championship 4th or 3rd v 2nd – two legs)

    • Adults – £12.00 minimum admission per person
    • Juveniles, senior citizens and all other concessionary ticket admissions - £6.00 per person

    Final (Championship 4th or 3rd or 2nd v Premiership 11th – two legs)

    • Adults – £18.00 minimum admission per person
    • Juveniles, senior citizens and all other concessionary ticket admissions - £12.00 per person

The rules are consistent with, and equivalent to, the minimum prices in place for the Scottish League Cup competition.

Assuming we play all rounds and the minimum price is charged for me plus 2 kids it will be £24 for the q/f, £24 for the s/f and £42 for the final so £90 home and £90 away plus travel.

    I'm starting to dislike playoffs!

Would like to think that Hibs would consider subsidising tickets, as we'll have made a lot of money from the Hampden trips, St J semi and derbies, as having a packed Easter Road will make a big difference to our chances.

Throw in cup final tickets as well. May isn't gonna be a cheap month that's for sure.

So an average of 30 quid per game for an adult and two kids.

Sounds like a bargain to me.

Any word on dates now that it's confirmed we're in the Scottish Cup final.

Are the play offs included in a season ticket?
