    He wrongly over ruled his assistant and gave rangers a throw in whilst gesturing i ll decide what happens. Rangers score from the resulting throw in. His assistant had a better view and had correctly flagged for a celtic throw in..

    Annoying thing was clear yellows being ignored Halliday should have been booked earlier and booking in extra time should have been red.
