    Tonight's games

A couple of games tonight that are of keen interest to Hibs

Motherwell v Dundee Utd - On TV
    Rangers v Morton

Any idea why Rangers are playing tonight, as it's not on TV

Interesting that Anier showed up well in the few games he appeared in for us and has scored a few for D Utd. recently.

    Stokes.
Totally different player though. Dagnall seems to be Anier's most obvious replacement. I know which one I'd rather have...

Good on them but it's too little, too late for us. Collateral damage if nothing else.

I don't mind Dundee Utd due to family connections but I'd rather they got pumped every week, last thing I want is a team in the play offs playing with confidence and on a winning run.

Think United had 1st call on his services in January, and they acted on it

We didn't United had the option to take him back and took him back. Pity as we could have done with his power and physique.

I don't think that's right. They thought they had the option but Stubbs said they didn't and we'd decide if he could go back. We signed Dagnall and Stokes so obviously thought we didn't need him.

Done them a big favour getting him fit though!

I don't want to be pedantic as it's water under the bridge, but I think Stubbs could have held on to him if push came to shove.

Farid is pretty much back though, Stokes appears to be proper fit now, Keatings hit the net last week and Cummings is Cummings.
All in all, can't complain with our strike force considering we're in the 2nd league..
