Was out in Opal Lounge and a good few players were in last night mingling/celebrating with the fans. Was brilliant to see and a fantastic night.
Opal played Sunshine on Leith as the last song which was led by Cummings and Stokes. The bond between players and fans alike is really coming back! ⚽️💚

Players in George street last night
Sure Stubbs mentioned they were in for training this morning in an interview ... Hope this isn't Stokes bringing back the George Street culture

I have no issue with players having a night out particularly after a win. If there is any detrimental effect on performance from the bevvy then I suspect the team spirit and camaraderie will more than make up for it. They do need to be careful though as they become an easy target for other supporters.

Stokes used to like heading up to George Street in his Hibs tracksuit to show people what he did for a living.

Love the tweet from Jase on his page. He must have felt 10 ft tall when he stood in front of them

No issue with this at all. Great to see the team spirit and the bond between players and fans, Cummings and Boyle (who seems to really love playing tor Hibs btw) popping into the Four In Hand a few weeks back is another example.
Every single player in the squad has earned a night out in recent weeks. As a one off it's probably far better than total abstinence.PM Awards General Poster of The Year 2015, 2016, 2017. Probably robbed in other years

No problem at all with a night out. Good to see them out as a team celebrating. I would be too wary if I was a player to head out after beating our city rivals though. All it takes is one tanked up nut job to have a dig at you.

Love it - a team that drinks together wins together. These are the Derby daddies, Pep Stubbsiola's winners are a long way fae the swaggering up town eejits of late. A year from now we'll be above the poppy thieves in the league and are likely to have been in Europe for longer. Magic.

Loved him as a player but he let the side down on his Saturday nights out.

Stubbs said training was very very light at the moment with so many games coming up it's all about recovery and management, they may have a small game amongst themselves to give the guys who didn't play some time to kick the ball around but by now they all know what they're doing.
