I don't think it makes sense that the points/price are the same personally.

I bought a h/st last week before the raith game for someone, they printed the raith ticket with the card being posted out in the coming weeks. They got 90 for the half st plus another 10 for the raith game so they now have 100 points. Confirmed this by looking at their online account.
