Hibs v Raith Travel, Fashion, Weather & Nonsense Thread

Just about to set out for ER with my Mrs. Blackburn v Bolton last night, Hibs v Raith today and Bolton U21's at Man City tomorrow. I know how to treat a lady!

Green Gazelles paired with a Hibs polo I'd forgotten that I owned from the Puma/Crabbies era.

Going for a 1-0 Hibs win.

    Tough game ahead today.
Another 10 men behind the ball job.
What gets me is the timewasting from minute one which referees tolerate. They'll be hoping for just one chance.
Hopefully by 3.15 I'll be happy as larry but not holding my breath.

I used to have a colleague called Larry.

Raith will have a go without doubt.

Been up since early, couldn't sleep so didn't try to fight it.

Had a wee nibble on a leftover peshwari naan from last night but I'll be making a move towards getting a proper breakfast sorted soon. Thinking some kind of homemade smoothie and a decent cup of coffee is in order.

Not decided whether a pre match pint will be consumed, the missus is away this weekend so a few post game pints and another take away are likely on the cards. Giving the bookies a miss today, it's starting to reach that point in the horse racing flat season where the late born 2 year olds appear plus a lot of trappy maidens are being run. I'll have a wee punt on the St Leger next week then cash will be firmly in the pocket until the national hunt season really gets going around about November.

Fashion today is a white Fred Perry polo shirt with tartan trim paired with the standard Levi 501s and white with green trim Stan Smith trainers. Jacket or jumper will be decided upon if deemed neccessary.

I think this is a tough good game today. Raith have signed well, they are better than last season. I fancy them to challenge for a play off slot - so it will be test for us today - no reason why we can;t apply ourselves and win though - looking forward to it!

Raith are doing well and will try and attack us.

Therefore paradoxically we're more likely to win.

A reminder to everyone that scotland are playing Italy at murrayfield, 3.15ko, traffic will be heavier than normal if you come past this area, on your way before or after the game, as I do!

Taking the wee man along for his first game this season, his record currently stands 3-0 v Dundee, 6-3 v Dumbarton & 3-0 v Dumbarton so I'm fairly confident of a +3 goal win!

You've paid for a ST and are going to miss today because it hasn't arrived! Get to the Ticket office and they will give you a ticket. Surely you have thought of that:-)

Hope for the wee mans sake you are right .Decided to sit this one out ,as The Cup game was a difficult watch at times ,so no doubt I will miss a good open high scoring game today .
