Takes place on Monday at 2.30pm, not sure if it's televised or not?
The 15 first-round winners from Friday/Saturday/Sunday, will be joined by Dundee, Hamilton Accies, Partick Thistle, Ross County, Kilmarnock, Motherwell and St Mirren.
Are we seeded?

If there is 11 ties, and only 7 premiership clubs from last year then yes we will be seeded as we will be '9th seeds' in the table from last year, we won't be seeded in the last 16 should we win I wouldn't imagine.

Not sure I agree with this seeding nonsense. Should just be 'the luck of the draw'.

My feeling is that seeding is there to ensure as many games as possible for the bigger clubs.
For instance, It's not possible to have an early round draw of Aberdeen v Celtc, thereby eliminating one of them immediately.
IMHO, that takes some of the excitement out of it.

I have to admit it is slightly different with World Cup/Euros qualifying..a random draw could mean that Germany/Spain/Italy/France were all in the same qualifying group and only one of them would definitely qualify for the finals..which would be a bit unjust. Once it get's to the finals though, there should be no seeding imho

Seeding in all competitions is about the "big teams" avoiding shock exits and losing out on cash. As is the group stages of the "Champions" league. Too many early exits means less interest from tv fans and loss of income for SKY.

So why not just ban all the smaller clubs from even entering and just let the larger ones go straight to the 'latter stages'?
The same small group of clubs inhabit the latter stages of the Champions League just now. Some of us find that situation more than a bit tedious.

Yes and the rich get richer and smaller teams get smaller. The old saying of 11v11 is no longer accurate IMO.

Putting aside the seeding nonsense, I'd still take the weakest team possible and then them in the next round
