Sorry folks, just got to the pub. Scotland have won by 23 runs taking them to the top of the group on net run rate. Afghan games has been abandoned so it all comes down to Kenya v Netherlands game this afternoon. A Dutch win means Scotland top the group and qualify automatically, a Kenya win takes them top and Scotland will play the 3rd place team in group a to qualify.

Scotland qualify by 0.06 runs per over from the Netherlands, who bowled Kenya out for 97 and chased it in 8.3 overs.
Scotland go straight to the semi finals and qualify for the tournament next year. Netherlands, Afghanistan and Oman are in the playoffs, 2 from those 3 will also qualify.
