Needed width!

So disappointed today. I thought we played decent stuff but needed a wide player to give us a way of varying our play.
Stevenson had a poorish game and mcgeouch is a player but not a winger. Cuts in too much. So we ended up playing good stuff but all through the middle. Even the ref was breaking up moves for them.
Biggest problem, no one on the bench to change it.
No Harris, Cairney, Boyle, Sproule, Crunchie, Mathew Kennedy, Duncan Watmore. . . .
As soon as they went up I couldn't see us scoring. They sat in, took more time and held us off fairly easily.

To make it worse, I work in Grangemouth, so I'll have to grin and bear the gloating Bairns on Monday.

I thought we had plenty width down the left but it showed the limitations of Stevenson, time and time again he struggles to beat the first man with a cross or take the ball in his stride and get past the opposing player. Not bashing the guy but today we needed a left attacking fullback not a defensive one.
