I would like to see a 4-1-3-2 with a ball winning defensive mid-fielder in front of the back four and allow Fyvie, Allan and McGeough to do there stuff.

Don't think we controlled the midfield as much as would have expected tonight. End of the day though two beautiful defence splitting passes that few players in this league would have been capable of that pulled the result out. We are very lucky to have that capability.

My reading of it is that Allen is away in the summer - so let's get his replacement in now so we have some continuity.

I'm not convinced Allan's as good/as much of a threat when McGeoughs in the team for some reason.

Look I've been in the pub watching a great performance from Hibs and my judgement may not be that great - but it's a thought isn't it?
