    Accies V Aberdeen tonight

Is this for TV? Good to see a wee club like Hamilton going so well. What are they doing (beyond winning games) that we're not ? Twenty points from their first nine games is an excellent start.

Cheers, Billy, I think I'll watch it and see what his Accies team has about them.

3 nil Accies. Curier. Very good goal and good performance by Accies. Thier youth system producing some useful players

Accies look a good wee side. They play quick, incisive stuff on the attack and defend as a team. 3-0 and very comfortable against an Aberdeen team that contained much bigger names.

Another player who underwent a spiritual rebirth on leaving Easter Road.

Hamilton deserve all the credit, most people, including me, thought they would struggle in the top league, I'm glad to admit I was totally wrong. They have a good youth policy, they work extremely well as a team, score goals, have a good solid midfield that can pass the ball quickly and accurately, and close down quickly as well, and a good defence (mind you I never thought I'd describe Canning as a good player). They also have a good youth policy. I find it hard to criticize them, they're doing all the things my team Hibs should be doing but for the most part look totally incapable of it.

His 18 clubs in 14 seasons would suggest he was not good enough for many others either.

Yeah, under 4000 at the game, an incomplete stadium, yet producing the goods on the 3G pitch.

    Good luck to them.

Kind of blows the theory that we need to keep attendances high to have any chance of success out the water though.

Hamilton must have one of the smallest supports out of all 22 teams in the top two leagues.

A much smaller support who do support their team and are not so much full of negativity either! maybe that helps them through bad periods and doesnt prevent the players playing at home?

Has to be said and thought about though?

If my team had turned round a 0-2 playoff first leg defeat to end up gaining promotion in the 2nd leg then I would not be negative either!

Not really, not until Stokes arrived. I always thought he was better than Nish who replaced him. Some people had it in for him because of his previous multitude of clubs.

Begs the question of how we ever beat them 0-2 on their plastic pitch to be totally honest

No, what begs the question is how did we lose a 2 goal lead at ER.
