Watched 2 of the 3 episodes of the new series of Black Mirror (Miley Cyrus & VR) and been disappointed by them. Still better than most of the guff out there, and while they’re done well, felt like they’re running out of ideas.
I’ve yet to watch them, but they’re next on the list. A bit disappointing to see there’s only 3 episodes.

    United we stand here....

I’m currently watching Travellers on Netflix, it’s been decent so far.

    Watching killer ratings on Netflix

Pretty good, true story from Brazil and pretty unbelievable.

The new Black Mirror episodes are pretty poor so far.

Billions, not the best this series but the last episode was good.

The Deadwood movie was good and tied the whole thing up nicely.

American Gods series 2 is *****, really disappointing.

What we do in the shadows has been excellent. I loved the episode with all the famous vampire cameos.

Just reading that Shane Meadows has said that there may be a final film to round of the This is England story.

Not sure where else it can go to be honest.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Thought this season of Billions was superb, Chuck and his Dad was a great story with Ax back showing his true colours.

    Wags is the man though!

Always had a guilty pleasure for Greys Anatomy is decided to give New Amsterdam a try on Amazon.

Definitely not a guilty pleasure with this one absolute pleasure watching it. Very good storyline for a hospital show.

I've watched Grey's Anatomy since the start, still going strong. 👍

Norman and his girlfriend, two quality English actors, his brother is very good on SEAL Team too, although he always looks like he's wearing mascara! 😁

Mrs Bollah is demanding we binge watch Killing Eve first. I'm actually getting desperate for Gomorrah.

And as Modfather said, each episode is disappointing.

I just watched all 3 Black Mirrors.

1st episode was just about OK. I didn't really get any underlying point from it though. It seemed a bit of a cheap thrill that all male relationships are somehow homo erotic without any real substance behind it.

2nd episode was garbage. The whole social media thing has been done to death and Black Mirror has done it better before. The 'big secret' was nowhere near enough to carry the episode.

Contrary to a lot of popular opinion I thought the 3rd episode was fairly decent and the best of the lot. Miley Cyrus was excellent in it. It was obviously derivative of the whole Britney Spears breakdown a few years ago but it carried a level of humour throughout that I enjoyed.

Had this been a new show it would have probably been raved about but Black Mirror has set such high standards I was disappointed.

Casuals on Prime is a good watch, it's about the fashion rather than pwopa nawty interviews normally associated with the scene

Year of the rabbit - unbelievably bad but, snippets of genius thrown in.

I've just started watching Dead Set on Netflix.

Enjoyed it years ago on E4 and it still stands up a decade later.

I’m on the third season of Travellers and it’s been really enjoyable so far. Disappointed to see it wasn’t renewed for a fourth season.

I was glad I watched it in the sense that it meant I learned a bit about the story (previously totally ignorant to it). I didn't love it as much as everyone else seems to have though. Thought it got a little disjointed in the middle (admittedly perhaps my own concentration partly at fault!), though the last episode and the plight of Corey Wise was powerful stuff. Decent watch overall and indeed a shameful story which should be heard.

New Top Gear absolutely trounces the Grand Tour. Funny, great presenters, back to its very best.

Gomorrah series 4, kept up the high standards set in the previous 3 series.

Just binge-watched Chernobyl today and not surprised one bit that it got the highest rating on IMDB.

Really good. Wasn’t born when it happened. Must surely have been one very scary experience to live through.
