Something about that I think was revealed already, episode three maybe? Won't say more in case.

Latest episode of Game Of Thrones was absolutely outstanding!

It was indeed. However, I felt the lighting wasn’t great as the whole episode was at night but it doesn’t really have the same ring to it if the Night King comes to Winterfell during the day, does it?

Surely must be the longest battle in production history?

Is there any chance the GOT spoilers could be kept off this thread please?

I've not seen any of this season yet.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, vodka in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Majority of the battles, particularly involving the White walkers, are at night though.

It is. Also read that it took them 7 months to film. The whole show has been phenomenal. Gutted this is it's last season.

Don't worry, nobody could see what was going on anyway.

  9. #2378
    That was something else, wow!

I'd recommend watching it in the dark with the brightness slightly turned up.
Would've been great to see in a cinema.

Does it have something to do with spelling?

Yep, get the brightness up and the lights off.

    I'm buzzing after watching that.

I think he may be communicating covertly with a certain lady. Definately a possibility.

Line of Duty keeps delivering knockout drama, week in, week out.

The setup this season has been superb. I've found myself shifting positions a few times, and I don't think the story is as it seems (as of Sunday's episode).

I've also just finished Season 5 of Bosch on Amazon. Not quite as punchy as some of the earlier seasons but I still really enjoyed it. I love how much the City of LA is a character in its own right.

An oldie, but I've just finished watching all of Dexter. First 4 seasons were class and then it all fell down from there. Watched Ricky Gervais afterlife after that. Anyone seen either?

I don't think we have been. If you keep the language coded and the reader doesn't get the references it's not a spoiler.

People could also sacrifice coming on to the BEST TV thread until they have caught up 🤣

It's like going on the match day thread and asking folks not to give updates.

It's actually worked well for about 78 pages, oh well.

You can discuss the merits of the programmes (as has happened) for 78 pages, without posting spoilers.

As I said, I don't think there are any spoilers on this thread. Somebody said they suspected Lisa was a cop, i explained that there is more clarity about that storyline in episode 3. That's not a spoiler. If you don't get to talk about bits of the plot in a coded way there's no point talking about TV beyond 'that show is good' 'that show isnae good' which we can all get from a review site anyway.

    Well, after that,

I think I can safely say there will be a series six.

The BBC announced as much at the end of the episode while certain cast members have apparently been offered contracts for future series.

I only got into this on series four so last week I started to watch the first series onwards. It made a lot more sense! I’ve only got a couple of episodes of season three to go.

One thing I really enjoyed about it was that there’s not a character wasted with everyone of them having some sort of back story.

I’m now jealous you’ve got those particular episodes to go...!
