I am the only one who is surprised that having got rid of one lunatic (for hefty profit) Liverpool looking to sign Mario is bonkers.....Brendan Rodgers must hate a quiet life
PS I like Mario - he is great player even if he behaves like a stroppy toddler some of the time

To be fair Liverpool have a habit of getting the best out of strikers . If hes a Sucess I doubt they'll be worried about an average of one red card in 18 games. Could easily be the signing of the season at 16 million.

Bargain IMO. he averaged over a goal every 2 games at Milan, not sure why they wanted rid?

Rodgers got the best out of Suarez, I'm sure he'll get the best out of mario!
Gerard will look after him as well.

When you consider that Championship strikers are going for £11m in England now, he would seem a bit of a bargain at the price. He's a bit of entertainment too. Can't wait til bonfire night now

Getting rid of one nutter and replacing him with another. I dislike Liverpool.

Liverpool need to be applauded here. It takes some doing to find someone that is even more mental than Luis Suarez but they seem to have achieved just that!

Just got a funny feeling he is gonna be explosive at Liverpool, think the scousers are good at getting behind their players. Rodgers is exactly the kind of manager to get the best out of players, think it could be the perfect fit tbh

Every toy shop in Liverpool now stocking up on trampolines! Great signing, and it adds an extra bit of excitement if he's in the squad for the Citeh game on Monday

Can he play on Monday night? Agreed with some of the comments, it is a bit like trading a headache for a brain tumour. I'm calling it though, top prem goalscorer this year.

The Reds I know are made up with the signing of MB. He will certainly be entertaining anyway and good for a few amusing stories in the papers! Loads of opportunity for him to get led astray in Liverpool! ;)

Great signing for Liverpool. Can't really replace Suarez but super Mario is about as close as you can get. Rodgers will get the best out of him.
