    NOW TV week pass

    as from tomorrow(until 25th Nov) anyone with a Now TV box(like moi) can get a day pass for £6.99, or a week pass for £10.99 for all the Sky Sports channels(inc sport 5)


    get the weekly pass tomorrow and we would see

    Sat
    Super Leeds v Middlesbrough 12:15
    Sellick v Dundee utd 12:45
    Arsenal v Crystal Pal 5:30

    Sun
    Pink scarf twirlers v The Cabbage & Ribs 12:30
    Liverpool v Southampton 1:30
    Newcastle v Man city 4pm

    Mon
    Burnley v Chelsea 8pm

    Tues
    Napoli c Ath Bilbao CL qualifyer

    Wed
    Maribor v Sellick(or Legia)


    not fogetting all the other sports



    not a bad line-up for £11

    Apparently sky sports is free this Saturday too..... Some kind of open day.

    i would get that through my TalkTalk Youview box for the weekend games, but well worth the £11 for the other games via the NowTv box

    Davey... what is the cost per month for now tv ???
    I was thinking of reinstating Sly sports at £22 xtra per month..but ive discovered i can get it for zip on xbmc

    i got the Now TV box(including 6 months of quite a few sky channels) for an excellent £30 3 months ago Bri, they are more or less giving the boxes away for £10 apparently they are much like the Roku box(same maker i believe).., i Have the Plex app on mines and was reading the other day we can get a xbmc app for it(against Sky's wishes obviously).i'l have a wee search around

    the point of the thread is for people like me who don't have sky sports (and in my case never will have) being able to watch plenty games(inc this sunday) for the price of a weekly £11 pass.... it's a one-off for me, 11 games for £11....yes please

    I got mine a few weeks after launch and have had Plex on it from the day I received it. It's an excellent box for £10 with a decent remote too!

    Robin. For a dimwit like moi. What is PLEX ??
    I know of xbmc, is it similar ??
    Xbmc is good for movies,, ive just watched expendables 3 & Hercules for nada
