    Liam Craig

He can feel proud of his performance tonight - some great passing, some defence splitting through balls and rallied the team at half time. Deserving of MOTM.

He'll be gutted about the result but a big step forward.

Brilliant performance. People have to realize, he's a player!! It's a coup we managed to keep him for this league.

    Agree 100%

Thought he was our weak link again tonight. Gave away needless possession and summed his performance up with leaving Scott Allan the responsibility of taking the corner with a few mins to go in front of the hibs fans.

I didn't think he had a great game but overall what a

difference from last season ! Keep it up ! I like the guy though.

That's not the performance I expect from a captain of our club. Granted he's been better than last season but needs to raise his game.

  12. #11
He was the BBC Alba man of the match. So he needs to up his game??

    People's expectations are too high.

Agree 100%, time will tell. He needs to show some passion / guts / balls, I believe he's got it in there somewhere.

Never a holding mid, but he was great tonight - take a bow captain Craig.

Just back and hate to say it but i don't think he was that good, he was never a contender for MOTM.

But overall was pleased with what i seen tonight, we need a goalscorer though.

Proof if we needed it that some Hibs fans don't have a clue and cant give credit where credit is due.

Hiding again and not showing for the ball. But if Stubbs etc think he played well then good enough for me.

He's a brave player and he certainly does some positive stuff and looks the part with his pigeon chest.

He just looks cumbersome at times and unnatural in possession. He also still reminds me far too much of last season but maybe that's more me than him.

A lot of work to be done to win me back Liam but if you can captain hibs sides who play the way we played second half tonight I'll be happy.

Craig did well, not everything came off for him but he did (IMHO) put in a captain's performance tonight.

There is no getting away from the fact that he was awful first half and lucky not to be subbed.

He did improve after but not enough for MOM, I would have gone for Harris or Gray.

Thought he deserves a thread of his own I was his biggest hater last season but great performance last night, think he will be a massive player this season.

I don't think he was awful at all in the first half. Granted, he made some mistakes but there were worse players in white polo shirts.

I'm starting to understand why Butcher chose him to be captain.

He done alright, much improved on last season. Lost the ball a bit too often though. I thought gray was man of the match. Defended well and also bombed on often.
