    What is the restricted view in bottom "tier" row 8? Thought that was back row of bottom section and best of the cheap seats?

    Row 8 is the first row of seats above the walkway. Due to the idiot that designed the stand making that row no higher than the walkway, the view is blocked by a constant stream of fans going to and from the toilet/snackbar and the metal barrier behind the row in front.
