If you are wanting tickets in Italy, be sure to take your passport and buy well in advance.
Went to see Lazio v Fiorentina a few years ago when over in Rome for the rugby.
Bought tickets from the Lazio club shop. Collected the tickets (with our names on them) the next day.

You can buy tickets from the ticket office. Easy enough to do online but if your in madrid you can buy direct at the stadium. Pretty sure its around about section 43/44. You can also phone for tickets and theres the option to speak to an english oporator if your spanish is no good. Im just in from the pub so leave it with me and I'll point you in the right direction in the morning. If its not barca its real easy to do and well worth it.
