    All Gone Quiet

    Is it just me but it's went very quiet on a few fronts

    1. Lack of Transfer Movement
    2. Petrie Out Campaign
    3. Season Ticket Update

    These things happen. The Petrie out campaign is something that has lost a lot of momentum. I for one want him gone but do not take part in any protest/movement. He should be gone but I think he is slowly moving into the wilderness.

    Ideally we would have signings in by now but we were slow to sack Butcher and this in turn has caused delays in getting the new manager in. He will be working hard to bring in players.

    Season Ticket pricing is something I feel the club could be doing more to sort out but our situation has changed and we need to analyse all money coming in and out of the club and get a strategy in place. Change in personnel and the environment we operate in has slowed this down but I feel it could have been addressed by now in all honesty.

    I would really like to hear of some new players coming in. I've got a feeling that there's been work going on in the background, but it's just been a hard sell to convince people to come to Hibs at the moment.


    However, I expect Stubbs to parade five new signings on Friday (including a goalie) when we release the new strip at ER. No factual basis for this, just blind hope




    p.s. The club has finally given in to BlackpoolHibs' constant moaning on the subject and the new strip will be red

    I do agree. Just got that feeling were behind huns and yams and need to see movement in a few areas

    Well, we've got a game the next day, so at least a goalie would be nice.

    Unless our plan is to play Nelson as a backie 'an for the early part of the season and see how that goes before rushing into the transfer market.
