If it was a 'Done Deal'... Surely that means pen to paper, contracts signed etc.
Changing of the manager wouldnt/shouldnt change that if it is a 'Done Deal.'

The deal was never done, probably a talk over the phone but that's about it. Never say a deals done until it's done
