He's already done that with KT. Claros wouldn't work under Butcher. Think of the amount of sideways passes he made. Malpas would have him up against a wall in no time.

As for me, I'll continue to feel positive about the LD interview and PB's meeting notes and that feeling it gave me that there's much more positive things already happening and about to happen at Hibs.

Read his thoughts and tweets - he rates Roy Keane as a manager (Sunderland, Ipswich) yet has digs at Butcher calls out Arsenal's poor injuries record (yet we had one of the worst injury records under Pat)......calls Celtic 'more than a club'.......etc etc etc.......

If I recall correctly it was Jorge's agent at this end that contacted Hibs when Rangers fell through........DH didn't even spot him......

Plus he is mates with Clancy......which is more than enough evidence needed to hit the 'ignore' button

If true, another example of poor management and not being able to spot a player. He would be the type of sitting and passing midfielder ideal to take us forward. Mind you I always say Thomson in that role but we all know where that ended up.

Tragically enough hoofing it into the corners would have been a tactical improvement on hoofing it down the middle to watch James Collins lose out to a big centre half :(
