Hibernian FC - Season Review - 9th July
The 2014 Review takes place at Easter Road Stadium on Wed 9th July. Delegates from each of the main supporter, community and charitable organisations that make up the Hibernian Family will be meeting around the boardroom table with Rod Petrie, his senior management team and Terry Butcher. In addition to a review of the past 12 months performance on and off the pitch, this is our opportunity to help to shape a clear vision and strategy for the football club going forward.
New format for 2014
Please note that unlike previous sessions this meeting will not be an open 'Q&A'. At the start of 2014, the first year approach of LWT was replaced with a more formal structure of monthly supporter meetings in the association club rooms at Sunnyside followed up with quarterly reviews between club management and group delegates at Easter Road stadium.
These reviews will have a standing agenda where management and group reports are presented to attendees who will be able to ask questions on each report. Actions, owners and dates will be agreed and followed up at the next meeting. An report will be published on the club website and circulated in paper format via the HSA newsletter.
Supporter Consultation
Between now and July, a series of meetings and consultations will be conducted to gather supporter feedback on the changes you want to see at your club. The first of these sessions will be held at the Hibs Club this Wednesday and is open to everybody who believes that active supporters groups can make a significant contribution to the way our club is run. Please bring your ideas and proposals on Wednesday.

I forgot to mention but Leanne will be approached when she joins the club on 1st June. My guess is that's because she is a Motherwell employee until May 31st.
The Community Foundation will be one of the groups represented
Every year, more and more football fans across Europe are getting organised to wrest control and community ownership of their football clubs back from the previous custodians. Supporters who won't take no for an answer.
It's time for action

Bump.
Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll
Grabs the mic to tell us,
He'll die before he's sold.

Gogs, what kind of questions are on the agenda to be asked or subjects discussed?
You mentioned in the opening post that this was a chance for fans to shape the future of their club but maybe you could make it a bit clearer what is and is not in scope for these discussions.
Cheers.
