    The First Goal

    Will be absolutely massive on Saturday! Regardless of Butcher's idiotic assertion that conceding early takes the pressure off conceding early!

    But.....when the hell did we last score first in any game??

    First goal in a game of this magnitude changes everything. Killie just need a point, if Hibs get the first goal, Killie have no option but to come at us.

    Killie have the worst defence in the league, they will play right into our mis-firing strikers hands. Get the first goal I honestly believe we could score another fairly quickly after.

    What you're saying is logical, but it's a matter of whether we can actually get that first goal - 31 goals in 37 games so far. We just don't have many goals in us, especially in recent weeks.

    It will take a wicked deflection, bobbler, goal-line stramash, something, but we are due a bit of luck.

    We need to make sure we come out the traps quickly and go after Killie.

    If we score one, and Killie have to come at us, we should really take them on the break. When we have scored first this season we have generally gone on to score again

    Killie have lost five of their last six away matches.

    Tonight is their first clean sheet since mid January.

    They have also shipped two or more goals in 11 of their last 14 matches.

    They haven't had back to back wins this year, and in fact each time they have won a game, they have lost the next one.

    If Hibs cant score against this lot, and at least come close to winning this match, then god forbid.
