With the current treasurer standing down at the end of March, the Dnipro Appeal are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to fill the position.

You basically need to keep a log of the income/expenditure of the charity, cross refer with bank statements, provide a financial update at meetings (ie how much in the bank), submit Gift Aid application.

It's hard to quantify the total hours in a year, as some times are busier than others (ie charity dinner, end of year submission), but 1 or 2 hours a month should keep you on top of everthing. There really isn't a lot of expenditure in the UK so it's not as time consuming as some might think.
